Supervisor/Sales Consultant, Stratford, CT - June 11, 2014
Have to be able to handle an environment that is completely unorganized. All that matters is the money intake. There is no clear direction and a lot of the time the management has no clue of what to do. I spent a lot of my time as a sales consultant/ supervisor training upper management. They usually promote family members, "yes people" and people they like versus the people who work hard and have an actual opinion and mind of their own. If you're a robot with no family and life and want to be a slave to a company, then apply for this job. I have been with the company as a full time employee going on two years. Not once had a performance evaluation or pay increase.
