Management is not transparent and they micro-manage. Not appreciative of the strength of their employees. Teleworking is suppose to be available for employees, yet it is a struggle to get it approved. There is a lack of support and many individuals are unhappy there. Compensation is not competitive and merit awards are done on a "who likes who" basis.

Currently consulting, not working in the office. The new President is excellent and has a great vision for the organization that will help it expand it's presence in the education reform and civil rights community.
