Billing Clerk – 30 hours a week
Very busy IT office for this highly successful underground construction company has a great opportunity for an experienced data entry/billing clerk who has an excellent work ethic, good computer skills, and is detail oriented. Duties include:
Entering/scanning service orders/paving tags and invoices
Create/price invoices from timesheets and drawings and submit to appropriate divisions for further processing
Enter budget data into system, including footage dimensions, create invoices. Generate a final summary or reconciliation and a final invoice package
Distribute confirmatory bids to appropriate division
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of office/data entry experience, prefer some college. Must be computer proficient and able to adapt to different software. Prefer experience with Bid2Win. Excellent Word, Excel skills with ability to generate formulas. Proficient on MS Outlook. Excellent phone skills. Team player, able to work effectively in a small office environment, excellent attendance, highly accurate and dependable.
