We are looking for an exceptional new team member to help us deliver excellent service to our salon and day spa Guests. Must be proficient in handling multiple phone lines, appointment setting, and service with a smile. Must be well groomed and dressed for success. Ability to multi-task is imperative. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, and be skilled at cash handling, assisting Guests with questions regarding services, and directing Guests to appropriate product selections (with training provided). Previous experience with multiple phone lines and appointment setting for a busy office is preferred. Will train the exceptional candidate. Candidates with SalonBiz experience will be given greater consideration.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Aveda and the beauty industry, and is conscious of the need to schedule appointments in a very effective and thoughtful manner.
We are a full service Aveda Salon and Day Spa in beautiful downtown Fairhope, AL. We offer deep discounts to our team members and immediate family on both products and salon and spa services. Pay is commensurate with experience.
