Awesome, flexible place to work
Employee (Former Employee) –  Gloversville, NYOctober 30, 2017
Very consumer focused place to work with loads of caring, empathetic individuals ready to help not only the community but fellow employees within. Direct management & supervisors are great, willing to work with you when circumstances arise. Worst thing about here is the little to nothing benefit time new people receive while older employed people are grandfathered into 10x's the benefits, making it a very uneven playing ground within identical positions.
Pros
co-workers, flexible, greater good for the community
Cons
If you like benefits and/or paid time off, Don't work here

Beware
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Gloversville, NYSeptember 21, 2017
Loved my job and great co-workers. Senior management has no integrity and can do what they want/no accountability. Board of Directors is clueless as to what really goes on there and senior management does not want them to know. Turnover is extremely high, very little job security.
Cons
Very poor leadership, poor benefits

Clinical Director (Former Employee) –  Gloversville, NYApril 18, 2017
This agency has so much potential to be an outstanding resource to the community. The offer a wide range of services that are much needed. However the senior management and the Board of Directors are too far removed from the day to day operations that it impacts the staffs ability to do the good work they are all driven to produce.
