Alexandria Virginia based, full service Landscape Company, seeks a motivated, solution-oriented, part-time bookkeeper to assist in managing the company's accounting operations.
Duties will include routine accounting activities including: accounts receivable, accounts payable disbursements, banking and credit card reconciliation, job costing, cash receipts, cash management, payroll, and month end sales reporting and client invoicing.
Ideally we would like someone to work two full days, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, must be friendly and have a sense of humor, it’s a small office.
Must be proficient with QuickBooks Pro 2011
Hourly rate to be determined by previous experience.
