Fun and Laid Back Work Place With Involved Management
Office Administrator/Bookkeeper (Current Employee) –  Owensboro, KYAugust 30, 2017
The workplace culture is Customers First. Management embodies this by putting the people who work for them first. When push comes to shove, management doesn't hesitate to go to bat for their employees. They really listen and they have a family first attitude, for themselves and the people who work here. Management doesn't ask the employees to do anything that they wouldn't jump in and do right along with us.

I truly enjoy working here and only dread Mondays due to waking up early.
Pros

Must be a hard worker
The grounds guys crew (Current Employee) –  Harrodsburg, KYJuly 12, 2017
You must be willing to work in 100 degree weather everyday and be willing to work long hours. It's a lot of hard work and you are constantly moving and working. You do not have any free time while youre at work, so as long as youre okay with that then you can do this job.

Poor management
Forman/Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Starke, FLJune 19, 2017
If you don't mind getting paid twice a month and having no benefits and being under appreciated... Then this may be the place for you. However if your skill set is high don't waste your time with this mom and pop company.

Hard Manual Labor with Rewarding Results
Landscaper (Former Employee) –  Lancaster, PAJanuary 17, 2017
Expect to work 50+ hours a week in all weather conditions. Fun atmosphere with great people, however management scheme can be lackluster at times. Must be able to handle constructive criticism and think for yourself. Hardest part is dealing with manual labor in any weather condition (especially heat). Most enjoyable part is seeing the finished product of your labor.
Pros
Fun environment
Cons
Little benefits

Fun but very busy workplace
Lawn Crew (Former Employee) –  Germantown, TNJanuary 10, 2017
The employees and the manager immediately make you feel welcome. It is a landscaping company so you can expect to be busy, but the manager makes you feel appreciated at the end of the day.

Rush Rush Rush
Landscaper (Former Employee) –  Louisville, KYNovember 29, 2016
Unless you want a job with no security, no benefits or a guaranteed work schedule... this isn't the place to be. Work hours and shifts vary because of the weather. When you do work, you're rushed to get the job done in a time frame that doesn't allow for everything the customer wants done, so things would get neglected and finally get done when there was a complaint from the customer. There is absolutely no benefits, just a weekly paycheck. Had multiple problems getting paid on time and being shorted hours.

The job is not guarantee. Its a high turnover rate. Its a mom and pop business in which the owner does not treat the staff fair. The owner constantly hiring and getting rid of staff. Its not a stable place for employment if you have children
Pros
