What it was like to work for a piece of history

The experiences I received from working at The Henry Ford was both exciting and life changing. I started working as a front of house food attendant for a Restaurant called "The Taste of History". While working here i gained how to communicate with both customers and management. When i moved to the back of house style of work, I began working as just a line cook, from the understanding of what was needed and years of service, I moved into a position in the catering kitchen, until I was laid-off and went on to look for new work.
