Don’t be fooled at the interview, you will be told a dream about becoming a manager in little time, that the benefits are great. The worst company I have ever worked for. Managers do not care about you, cars are never stocked, if you rent out all the cars at your location too bad just pray you’ll get some returned before your next customer comes in. Oh and they rarely give you help from other branches when you are running low on cars but yet the companies motto is to never say no to a customer even if you don’t have a car for them, I guess managers want us to start building cars too. Long hours with no breaks, commission structure is horrible (once a month). Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.

If you are looking for fairness in operational practices, not here.Management does Not address operational problems, they just hope they will go away. If you really enjoy the job to bad you will end up leaving, due to management having no Testicular Fortitude at all.

Highly stressful. My job was outsourced overseas. They couldn't care less about employees who've worked there for many many years. You're just a number. You give your life to this company & they'll dump you like a hot potato without thinking twice about it.

Always short staffed, incentives for commissions constantly change so payouts are hard to obtain, employee parking @ my location is quite a way from the facility and we have to walk. At my location almost all the the managers were replaced in 2016..some transferred to other locations, some quit and the top person was fired...alot of janky things were going on. New management seems much better, co-workers have always been great, I'm optimistic that we'll return to our former greatness!
