Department Supervisor (Current Employee) – 15740 shady grove road – September 30, 2016
Lots of benifits...bonuses etc...the culture is great with different backgrounds and we all work as a family. The customer service is great with different kind of customers who speaks their minds and always wanted to get a discount.
Sales Associate (Current Employee) – Jamestown, NY – September 30, 2016
You can feel a sense of family while working. Management for the most part work together as a unit, they do however have a tendency to neglect some of their important responsibilities and when it is addressed, the blame is usually passed on to another party.
MERCHANDISER/HEAD BIT (Current Employee) – Norwalk, CT 06854 – September 30, 2016
Working at The Home Depot is definitely a learning experience. It is very fast paced and diverse. It is a place where you can learn about all aspects of home improvement as well as communication skills and basic life skills. Overall a wonderful company to work for.
Appliance Specialist (Former Employee) – Montgomery, AL – September 30, 2016
The Home Depot as a company was excellent to work for. There benefits are amazing and the company strives to take care of their associates as well as help them in their time of need. I have learned a great deal of skills that I used not just in my home improvement but on a daily basis.

Lot Associate (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – September 29, 2016
I enjoyed working there, but the management could have been better. The work environment was pretty relaxing, but some of the workers were laid back, which caused trouble for some of the customers. Other than that, I don't have any more complaints.
Freight Team Associate (Former Employee) – Lemon Grove, CA – September 29, 2016
Home Depot is a very hard place to work if you work overnight on the freight team. I feel that they underpay there workers for all the labor we do. Not for all stores but i feel that the management was not fair about promoting the right people I felt like they would pick the ones who they know the best but not the best one qualified for the job. All in all I was thankful for the opportunity to work and I also learned a lot of skills and meant great people who I am still friends with today.
wonderful place to work, enjoyed interaction with customers and fellow employees,in all my years there....I can honestly say only 1 time was I annoyed
