Pros: discount on products
Cons: distance from home
Great company to work for in that the owners family worked on site with me. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing how the HoneyBaked Ham was made.

Store Supervisor (Former Employee), FloridaJuly 18, 2014
Pros: hours, pay, benefits, promotions
Cons: it's been so long ago i can't think of any!
I began as a seasonal worker and worked up to Store Supervisor years ago. The hours are great as they close at 6. The holidays are fun as it's fast paced and you get to work with about 100 people. Training was always their priority and so was customer service. You have to be good at selling to work here :)

Retail Sales Supervisor (Former Employee), Atlanta, GAJune 4, 2013
Pros: free lunches, mileage reimburesemnt
Cons: no scheduled breaks, no room to move up
My day consisted of pulling together catering orders, getting the store ready for lunch, prepping production for retail sales, making sandwiches, minor office management and handling money. The work environment is fast-paced and you have to be ready to handle any situation. Team dependency is important in all aspects.

Working at HoneyBaked was calm and slow-paced. Busy times of the year are Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
