Cons: Periods of doing nothing for hours
From my experiences with the company, as long as you are willing to put in the work and speak up when things are bothering you, you can make some great money. I learned how to deal with high end guests and tricky situations and if you're not looking for a permanent job here it looks great on the resume later. Management differs based on where you work, but the big bosses always stop by and appreciate hearing feedback and dealing with issues. They like to choose spirited workers, so expect your team to be a variety of strong personalities. Hardest part of the job may be dealing with high strong guests and slow days, but people stick around for the great benefits/pay and fun coworkers.

Cons: terrible people
The managers are terrible and all pervs. They never know what they are doing they expect you to read their mind. Harrastment is a huge issue went to HR and they never did anything . Also they don't treat you like a human don't expect anything back.
