The International Culinary Center is seeking a Student Affairs Assistant. This person will serve as the first point of contact for the entire Student Affairs Department and will provide administrative support to the Registrar team. We are looking for an articulate, bright, and professional individual with an engaging personality. Excellent communication and computer skills are required for this position, as is the ability to multitask. A successful candidate must have knowledge of and experience with general office procedures and should have excellent organizational skills. This position will require candidate to provide the highest level of customer service to students, alumni, and visitors. Tasks and responsibilities include: Greet visitors and students to the school warmly and assist them or direct them appropriately; File class rosters, student files, forms; Maintain and organize filing system; Prepare documents for orientations; Prepare diplomas and certificates; Assist at class orientations (greet students and distribute materials); Assist at class starts; Process and mail letters and notices; Maintain locker assignments and ID card system; Maintain lost and found.

$12 per hour, plus benefits package - including medical, dental, and 401K. As well as some EXTRAORDINARY industry perks! (free lunch daily, gift certificate to our Zagat-rated restaurant L’Ecole, and scholarships to our courses.)
