Changing roles is like changing companies. With every position came new territory and a varied team. It was a good place to work with good people that new change was always around the corner.

Machine Operator/Packer (Former Employee), Harahan, LAFebruary 5, 2015
Pros: free lunches
Cons: short breaks
Like the work. The problem with this company is when management have a problem with you they set you up to get rid of you. Let say you are gay and someone from the management team disapproves of a gay life style, " they will set you up to get rid of you."

Housekeeper (Current Employee), Orrville, OHSeptember 27, 2014
Pros: good benefits and free samples sometimes
Cons: pay and hours
You are on an honor system, you come to work and go home keeping track of your own time. You do your jobs and do it good and you do not hear anything from anyone. I generally do not see my supervisor for weeks at a time because I go to work and do my job.

Territory Sales Manager, Beverage (Former Employee), Phoenix, AZSeptember 17, 2014
I really liked working for them. It was a home-based position so enjoyed the flexibility of managing my own travel and sales call schedules. Hardest part of the job was the size of the territory.

Commercial Cleaning Person (Current Employee), Orrville, OHAugust 7, 2014
Pros: great benefits.freebies from the company.
Cons: night hours.
Each day is eight hours with a half hour for dinner break.
I enjoy learning getting acquainted with the lives and moods of my co-workers.
The cleaning job is routine, the challenge to get it cleaned in the eight hour slot given, to make the best use of my time. The hardest part of this job working into the wee hours of the morning. I start shutting down at midnight, so the last hour is the most challenging. I enjoy working with others.
