Pros: helpful co-workers, always something to learn, hour long breaks
Cons: don't feel secure in this job.
A typical day at work is busy with patients calling, admitting and discharging patients, and delegating certain tasks from Doctors and Nurses.
What I have learned while at Johns Hopkins Hospital is balancing certain tasks, multi tasking, when and how to delegate, and I have learned how to train co-workers properly.
I think Management doesn't get to – more... know or try to understand there employees well enough.
My co-workers are very helpful and caring, always want to lend a helpful hand.
The hardest part of my job is making sure I have enough time in the day to do my specific job and other jobs that are assigned to me.
The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to be that person that helps everyone. – less
