This company is a pain to work for...they don't and adequately train you and they play favorites..they have treat a tiered system where they treat some managers better than others

The Krystal Corporation is a great company to work for if you are looking to advance in the company. A typical day for me was coming in to work and everyone has shown up. Being the manager of this particular store was very rewarding because a had a group of employees who loved what they did and treated the customers and each other with great respect. – more... Everyone took their jobs very seriously and I made sure to promote from within. The hardest part of the job was meeting the quotas and the most enjoyable part of the job was when we scored high points on inspections. – less
