its a good environment for children and their learning experience and they have a real flexible schedule for you if you go to school AND they also try and provide childcare as well for you if u are qualified. they start of as substitute position and slowly turn into permanent positions.

The enrollment department has incredibly high turnover due to unrealistic expectations of employees. Total lack of management. Promotions are given not based on merit, but politics.

LINAK has a true open door policy with many opportunities to travel, learn more and improve your career. Never have I felt closed off by management or unable to truly say what I believe.

not recommended. I do not recommend this company. The co-workers are great but the management is not. Started out great then was wrongfully terminated. Human Resources did not help at all and the President of the company did not respond when employees reached out for assistance.

Do Not Apply, it's not worth the stress
Enrollment Counselor (Former Employee) –  Louisville, KYJanuary 25, 2017
You will be micromanaged, managers show favortistim towards others and it's obvious. Some people are under payed with no explanation while others are payed as managers even though they aren't. minority is treated as outsiders making the work culture geared towards one type of race. HR is no help when trying to solve the issues. The turnover rate is extremely high because this place is not the place you wanna spend a 9-5pm.
Pros
Downtown area near food.
Cons
Management, Pay, work culture

Tuition Planner (Former Employee) –  Harrisburg, PAJanuary 29, 2016
Everyone is extremely "nice". Too nice if you ask me. People who aren't qualified get promoted since promotions aren't based on merit. There are individuals in leadership roles that do not know how to lead or train properly. The benefits are horrible, prepare to get a bill in the mail from the doctor.
Pros
Easy job
Cons
Benefits, moral

Health insurance and other benefits are a plus since the pay is so low

Notre Dame - Academic Advisor/Enrollment Counselor (Former Employee) –  Louisville, KYDecember 31, 2014
This did not have any face to face interactions with students and was all driven via email and phone calls.
This is set up much like a call center.
