productive, skillful, prompt, cleanliness
Floorset Associate (Current Employee), Chicago Ridge, IL – June 9, 2013
Pros: fun environment, friendly employees, great clothes, upbeat environment
Cons: no breaks
I learned a variety of new things about retail, at work we usually dress mannequins, set the floor with outfits that draw attention, keep an upbeat personality to make the customers feel welcome. My co-workers are amazing people, they know how to keep the job fun as well as still getting our work done.

Sales Associate (Current Employee), New Britain, CT – June 6, 2013
A typical day consist of keeping standards in the store, assisting customers with clothing and cashing out, making online orders for merchandise not in stock, opening store cards and making segments. I love working with people and the fast pace of retail.

Great Work Enviroment
Sales Associate/ Floor Set Team (Current Employee), MIssouri – June 3, 2013
Pros: great bosses, flexible hours, customer service, friendly, fast paced, fun
Cons: n/a
As a Sales Associate a typical day consists of greeting customers, helping them find what they are looking for and assisting them in building outfits. When not busy with customers you recover the store, do go backs, and handle register functions. This was my first retail job and my managers and co-workers have been super helpful and really sweet. As – more... a store we focus on making people comfortable and strive to maintain a professional but fun environment. The hardest part of the job is probably just trying to be sweet when a customer is being difficult. We have a great crew so busy days, slow days, and even floor set days are entertaining. This company takes care of the people who work hard and are loyal. If you are an asset you get the hours. – less

Fun environment, people, and experience
Sales Associate (Current Employee), Pittsburgh, PA – May 30, 2013
I typically am scheduled for a 5 or 6 hour shift, which still gives me time to enjoy my afternoons or evenings. I've learned a lot about how to communicate with customers and how to dress people. We choose things we think would look great on a customer, almost like a personal shopper, which was a skill I needed to work on. Now, I feel like I have gotten – more... a lot better at choosing clothing for different body shapes. My co-workers are great and hard-working, and my boss/manager is outgoing and helpful. If any sales associate has a question, the other associates and managers happily help. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping a customer find an outfit she absolutely loves. It is also a good feeling when you help her find a great deal. The hardest part of the job is that sometimes, people are only looking for a specific item. At times, we don't have it, or the customer gets frustrated. I don't like the feeling of being pushy if a customer does not want to try on pants or is only looking for a scarf, for example. – less

Pros: great discount
Cons: no benefits
A typical day at work would be providing outstanding customer service to customers by assisting them in putting ideal pieces of clothing together to make business or casual outfits. I learned about the different types of fashiuon trends while working here.

Great place, fshion & style powered.
Part-Time Stock Team Associate (Former Employee), Bloomington, MN – April 4, 2013
Pros: great people & plenty of lovely women.
Cons: hours not guaranteed.
As a stockperson, you process the incoming shipment: unpack, security-tag, hang, steam, backstock, & maintain the stockroom's organization & cleanliness. Management was always great, & so were co-workers. Only drawback was that the stockperson's hours are directly affect by the shipment, and you could either be cut or end up working a much longer shift.

terrible hours and rude bosses
Sales (Former Employee), Moline Il – March 27, 2013
Pros: no pros
Cons: terrible discount, rude managers, bad hours
they would only schedule you for two or three hours at a time while other associates were scheduled for seven or eight hour shifts so it was not fair to the other associates. The Boss would make you work by your self in the back room your entire shift.

Unprincipled, unprofessional and unorganized.
Manager (Former Employee), New York – March 26, 2013
Pros: discount on clothes
Cons: labor law issues, no quality of life, poor support from superior management (regional), (human resources).
Superior management and Human resources department are too friendly and not professional. If you have any problems with superior management they will find out and you are most likely going to lose your job. This company has no long term opportunities for their employees. The technology and tools given to use to run the business are obsolete. If you – more... are looking to work for a company that supports employees leaving their positions for 5 months and returning to their old position, then this place is for you. Secondly, if you are all about doing the wrong thing such as support giving out discounts to keep your customers, then this company is for you. Furthermore, if you support not being able to write up an employee for any wrong doings and having them laugh in your face, then this company is for you. There is no support from the superior management nor Human resources. So the question is, where is the support for your managers? How are you going to run an effective business without any positive reinforcement? This company is a dead end, stay away and don't waste your time. – less
