The Mark Restaurant was barely turning over a new chapter when I first joined and the position I applied for ended up being a second priority as they had seen the potential I had with the guests. I was dedicated to being the face when people walked in and that in turn made for great reviews and a better advancement for me in the future.

It is very fast paced and a lot is demanded however, the pay does not add up. In one word, if you get another opportunity where you can grow and where you are appreciated, do it.

Good people and good food. Management Issues.

Fast paced and high-energy, this job showed much promise. However, due to the change of management, there was miscommunication and confusion at every turn. I was taught several positions in order to pick up whenever a veteran worker was absent. Although I loved to cook and to serve, I did not enjoy the last-minute ideas that came from management which changed any chances of routine in my job duties.
