TMMG is not your average company. You're allowed to "do your own thing" and as long as the customer is happy, TMMG is happy. Management gives you little to no hassle, and understands that the more paperwork restrictions in place, the harder it is to support the customer.
The "Hands-Off" approach does have the occasional drawback. It can be difficult to fight for raises/performance based bonuses because upper management is so intentionally removed from your day to day business.
