TMAC provides a comprehensive training program for all our field-based medical programs. TMAC will assign a Program Director who in addition to our executive management team, will work in tandem with our clients to prepare a customized training program. This program will detail all program components such as the requisites specific to the field-based – more... medical role, their distinctive role and activities, objectives of the program/team/field-based medical organization, the internal and external stakeholders they will interact with, available resources, required communications as well as operational and administrative requirements necessary for a successful program.

Every program includes the development of a specific Job Description highlighting educational, clinical and industry requisites, job duties and activities, core competencies and skills necessary for assuming this position and serves as the foundation for the initial training session. TMAC also develops the lists of guidance documents, processes and SOPs necessary for the governance of every program and will ensure through a number of live and on-line training sessions that each liaison clearly understands the expectations, processes, channels and necessary reporting requirements for all of their scientific exchanges and activities.

Home-study and live training curriculums are developed in collaboration with our clients and can be delivered as both live and on-line sessions. Learning assessments are also provided to the liaisons to ensure they possess a thorough understanding of the disease state, marketplace and product(s) they are supporting.
