Provide skilled, efficient clerical and administrative support to Executive Director and management of office functions.
Compose correspondence and reports requiring independent judgment. Receive visitors, answer telephone calls and schedule business appointment on a regular basis. Assist with conference calls, staff meetings, project calendars, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide project management support. Work with Executive or assigned designee to identify activities, milestones and resources required for specific business initiatives. Define and maintain project plans.
Provide administrative support to Executive Director including, but not limited to preparing correspondence, photocopying, faxing, preparation and distribution of documents and other materials, etc.
Contact key individuals inside and outside the organization to obtain or relay (either verbally or through written communication as appropriate) important information.
Prepare, proofread, verify and assemble information for reports and compose correspondence to include PowerPoint slides, handouts and presentation materials for various meetings.
Update membership database information.
Maintain confidential/sensitive files.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three years administrative experience in an office environment, or equivalent combination of education and work experience, with a minimum of one year supporting a second level manager.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
Demonstrated organizational and planning abilities; ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, managing details accurately and completely.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
$13 per hour, 20 hours per week. Parking and wellness benefit provided. Business casual environment at office on Country Club Plaza.
Somewhat flexible work schedule, requirement of at least four days per week.
