event manager, Massachusetts - March 25, 2015
When I was first given the opportunity for an interview, I could not have been happier. yes the interview is an extensive process, but when you are given the opportunity to drive a quarter of a million dollar car, you don't want just anyone off the street. it is one of the most creative interview process I have ever done, but you do learn a lot from it.
Once you make it threw the interview process, you are given a tryout period. the tryout period is great for the employee and employer. It is a 3 week process. after the second week things really start to click. When you are on the road for an extensive period of time you want to be comfortable with the group you are with. The team Is one of the hardest working groups I have ever worked for. When something needs to be done everyone jumps in to help.
The event days might be long but It is worth every second. seeing so many people get to live out their dream of driving a supercar. also we do give back, we ask everyone that does the experience to write a message on the back of a hot wheels car, and then donate the hot wheels to children's hospital.
If you have a passion for cars, and want to work in a fun environment, than you will love working here. this is not your average cubical job, this is a driving experience with Lamborghini and Ferrari.
