Are you experienced, reliable, responsible, and a motivated individual who has worked in a warehouse or a manufacturing environment? Do you truly take pride in your work, are systematic and detail oriented? Do you have experience managing your own time, coordinating others, make good judgments and have demonstrated an ability to improve operations? This is a hands on position, joining our growing warehouse team. We are looking for career-minded candidates that want to work in a warehouse environment, who “get it”, are willing to work hard and have a reputation for “getting it done”.

Responsibilities include a wide range of physical warehouse functions focused on receiving and maintaining our high value inventory, but also may include picking, packing and shipping products from small parts to 70-lb. master cartons, by hand, pallet jack and forklift. Applicants will also work extensively in a Microsoft Windows-based Enterprise-Resource-Planning (ERP) and related warehouse or shipping software as well as with various shipping documents, including bills of lading. Responsibilities also include maintaining a well-organized and clean environment.

Essential Skills:

o Having existing experience with and an ability to learn warehouse processes quickly and easily and being able to recall them from memory and inclined to reference them if needed.
o An ability to accurately identify products by various reference numbers and codes (item #, model #, colors, etc.)
o Good understanding and experience using Microsoft Windows-based software (i.e. Word, Outlook, etc.) as applicants will be required to take a PC skills test. Previous experience with any other Windows-based software to administer inventory, receiving, shipping, etc. would be a plus!
o Ability and desire to grow into a warehouse management role and supervise a team of warehouse employees, or previous related experience.
o Provide day-to-day leadership, guide and coach individual team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
o Good memory for accuracy and efficiency.
o Productivity-focused, positive attitude.
o Excellent problem-solving skills, common sense and the ability to use logical thought-processes.
o Good judgment.
o Effectiveness and proactive approach to managing time and resources to ensure goals are reached and daily operations run in the best possible manner.
o Willingness and capability of meeting the physically demanding aspects of this position.
o Excellent communications and math skills, including writing, typing and speaking English, so you can provide customer service to fellow employees, customers and suppliers in-person, via phone and via e-mail.
o Receiving experience in a high volume setting preferred
o Fork lift experience or certification preferred
o Inventory control experience helpful (not required)
o Perform other assignments as directed to meet business needs.


o A minimum of four years of warehouse or inventory experience, and two years of supervisory experience
