Overview:
The Regional Sales Director will join a team of 20 purpose driven staff members in a friendly, focused, fast-paced office environment where we are currently serving over 300 College Chapters and over 200,000 student members. We are currently in the expansion phase in the middle of rapid growth. This position will build relationships with educators and administrators to enlist their college in The National Society of Leadership and Success.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service and sales abilities, as well as the ability to close deals with a high touch customer base. The Regional Sales Director will serve as the representative of the Society and as such must have truly exceptional presentation, communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for leadership and motivation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of sales experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a changing environment
  • Ability to close deals with a high touch customer base
  • A history of documented success in sales
  • Interested in self-development and continued personal and professional development
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct one’s activities is essential
  • Ability to travel regionally
  • Experience in selling at the high school or collegiate level and/or first-hand knowledge of educational settings strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting heavy phone outreach to administrators and educators on campuses within a specific territory.
  • Building strong relationships with administrators and educators.
  • Publicizing and marketing the Society within a specific territory by attending regional and national conferences (approx 1-3 per year, 20% travel)
