The NeuGroup, a Katonah, NY-based professional education, meeting facilitation and publishing company, seeks support professionals for growing network of finance and treasury peer groups.
You will work with the senior manager of event planning and administration to ensure quality execution of meetings from a planning and logistics standpoint. Duties include: coordination with the peer group leaders, corresponding with participants to confirm attendance and communicate logistics details, working with host companies/venues, while also assisting with group dinners and other meeting details. Job duties will also include updating meeting-related information on group websites, printing name badges and tent cards, and managing dinner seating assignments.
You will also support our peer group leaders in completing meeting facilitation tasks and execution of their project timelines, including customer communications, agenda preparation, topic research, benchmarking surveys, related handouts and presentations in advance of meetings, and note taking and report writing during and after. There will be periodic travel to meetings to assist with logistics and note taking.

-BA and a minimum of six months of professional work experience
-Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-Familiarity with posting web content
-Familiarity with online survey tools, i.e., SurveyMonkey
