The Oregonians In Action Legal Center was established as a separate IRS 501(c)(3) corporation to provide legal services without charge in test-case litigation in land-use/property rights cases. Frank Nims has served as President of OIA and a volunteer since it was formed, appointed Chairman of the Board in 2005. Bill Moshofsky has served OIA as a full time volunteer since 1989.
