Journeyman Machine Builer/Mech Service Tech, Hoover Ryan 10 Mile - September 11, 2015
I want to give a fair evaluation here. Bad News first, I was a "voluntary quit". They lost me over money. They talked a big game about bringing everyone's wages up to scale and they did... for new hires only. After the company was bought out, they had veteran in-house builders, training new hire builders, who made $5 to $10/hour more. The Build Helpers who should have been promoted to Builders with a Builder pay hike were left making $12-$14 doing Builder work. The attitude from management was basically, If a $1 raise isn't good enough "Find something better", so I did. I actually did enjoy working there.
