Worked mostly morning shifts. Since most catering orders were timed around lunch things could be hectic rushing to get everything prepped in time to leave. The hardest part was memorizing the ingredients: knowing what you needed in what recipes ahead of time so you weren't running to get that one other thing every five minutes. Would recommend having previous kitchen experience for sure. It could be fun and relaxed, someone was usually playing their music so everyone could have something to work to. Just ended up not being the right fit for me.
