agency (Former Employee) – Montclair, CA – December 1, 2015
Getting to work I received my job duty for the day and work on it as required. I learned the proper ways of boxing, labeling, and picking orders. The managers were respectful they didn't need to check up on us much because everyone did what they were supposed to do. My co workers were great company. The hardest part for me was the lack of sleep. The most enjoyable part was talking to my co workers during break.
I only sleps 3 hours due to school and work location

fast pasted environment, started with good hours and went down to 18 hrs per week. not a growing company. The co workers where great to work with but management was unfair and had favoritism towards certain employees.
Item Picker (Former Employee) – Fontana, CA – September 30, 2015
I had a great experience working with The Right Choice, they were very professional and helpful. I was only a temp but the pay was good as well as the work experience. I would work 8 hour shifts where I would pick individual items and send them to be shipped. While working here it helped me to better understand how to use scanners and become time efficient.
Customer Service (Former Employee) – Charlotte, NC – October 19, 2012
Interacting with client, learning their ability, and being able to teach them skills to be more productive in the community was a very rewarding experience. learning that everyone is equal and unique and should be treated with respect, loved and when given the same opportunity they are able to succeed.
The most difficult part of this job was to assest the clients, ensuring that the task given was acceptable to them and having their full coorportaion to complete a task, hoping that the result would serve the purpose that was intended.
