Fast paced work environment-variety of duties to do during the day
Credit Analyst (Former Employee), Frederick, MDJune 17, 2014
Pros: good benefits close to home good people to work with.
Cons: high stress work environment
Answering phone and email requests along with releasing orders all during the day was a good part of the daily job.. Along with collecting data to make a wise decision as to weather to grant the customer a credit account or a job account. I enjoyed the team work
atmosphere there.

I enjoyed making the collection calls the most, building a relationship – more... with the customer. Customer service was the best part of the job.

My co-workers were great to work with-we helped each other out with accounts on a daily basis.

I learned to be more forward thinking and grew in my computer skills. – less

Pros: easy work environment, excellent management
I am glad I had the opportunity to work with a company like the Roof Center. The Staff and Management made it a joy to go to work. The work was hard, the hours were long but, they made you feel appreciated.

Demanding customers and Management
Sales Associate Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Alexandria, VASeptember 3, 2013
Pros: great coworkers pride in teamwork
Cons: long hours
Get there before the Sun rise and work until late evening. I did learn how to keep customers happy, and work as a team member. Management was the Hardest Part of the job they were always bringing in a new Manager, usually just after you got adjusted to the former. A lot of different product knowledge keeping up with newest changes, and improvements. – more... and being able to correctly recommend certain products for certain jobs. – less
