Answering phone and email requests along with releasing orders all during the day was a good part of the daily job.. Along with collecting data to make a wise decision as to weather to grant the customer a credit account or a job account. I enjoyed the team work atmosphere there.
I enjoyed making the collection calls the most, building a relationship with the customer. Customer service was the best part of the job.
My co-workers were great to work with-we helped each other out with accounts on a daily basis.
I learned to be more forward thinking and grew in my computer skills.

Get there before the Sun rise and work until late evening. I did learn how to keep customers happy, and work as a team member. Management was the Hardest Part of the job they were always bringing in a new Manager, usually just after you got adjusted to the former. A lot of different product knowledge keeping up with newest changes, and improvements. and being able to correctly recommend certain products for certain jobs.
