A typical day was busy collecting new and already established OMM manuals information.
I learned it is possible to streamline job processes, improve product quality and speed, provide timelines and earn respect from other professionals.
Management treated us as professionals and tried to let us handle the technical side of things and respected the
– more... time voiced/necessary to get projects done. It would be helpful to keep long-term permanent employees busy when a project ends (job pre-planning or cross-training etc).
Coworkers were all strong, capable professional type people.
The hardest part of the job was that it could be frustrating getting technical data from engineering and others.
Up front time was spent as needed to create an efficient process. The enjoyable part would be following a process and then adding some daily fact-finding making the work enjoyable. Flex-time was also very nice. – less
