Unorganized
Clerical Assistant (Former Employee), Cedar Falls, IA – May 15, 2013
Pros: placed at a job.
Cons: incorrect pay, no training
They did set me up with a job, however the job involved much more than what I had experience with and came with no training.

On two occasions my payroll was incorrect. On one check my hours were calculated wrong (full days were excluded) and on the other my rate was incorrect making the entire check wrong. If I had not kept track myself and payed attention – more... to the details of each check I would have been shorted many times. – less

Sedona is a employment staffing agency my job assignment is with Estes Trucking
Claims Support Clerk (Current Employee), Richmond, VA – May 4, 2013
Pros: home feel to workplace can cook lunch in kitchen
Cons: i am not an employee of estes trucking
I enjoy working at Estes Trucking company the employees are like family we work closely as a team. Since being employed at Estes I have learned a lot about the freight claims division where I am assigned, for example I now understand how claims are investigated, Estes responsibility towards damaged claims and how much this cost affects the company budget – more... and operating projections. The management team is excellent and treats me like one of their own employees and are willing to allow me to learn new facets of the trucking industry. The hardest part of working for Estes is that they are constantly changing my job responsibilities, I can expect new changes in the future as we are keeping up with technology and becoming a paperless company. The most enjoyable part of my job is that I am not under constant supervision and I can be trusted in knowing my work will be performed and accomplished within the given time frame. – less

Small, effective business
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Hewitt, TX – May 1, 2013
Sedona Staffing is an employment agency that is quick to place you in a position best suited to your skills. They do not overlook any applications and do their best to get you a job as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that they are a staffing agency, not all of their jobs are temp to perm, meaning that sometimes the assignment will end and you will – more... be let go. – less

Productive and fun workplace
QC Returns Examiner/ Data Entry/ Inventory Control (Former Employee), Memphis, TN – April 28, 2013
Pros: fun
Cons: short breaks
A typical day at work was tedious, but fun. Work was engaging and challenging. Coworkers were friendly and made the job extremely enjoyable. The hardest part of the job was the job itself, the concentration it required at times.

Had to give it your all
Office Assistant (Former Employee), Moline, IL – April 18, 2013
Pros: you pick what shift
Cons: you had to prepare for you job assignment to end at any given time.
They had assignments that would only last for about 5 weeks. After that assignment you would have to go to another one if they had one available. If there were not any available you would be searching for jobs until they found something else for you. You were never promised anything. The most enjoyable part of that job was you got to pick what shift – more... you wanted to work. – less

Sedona Technologies is a good place to work
Aero 34 installer (Former Employee), Ausin, TX – February 25, 2013
Pros: paid mileage job completion bonuses
Cons: very short hours, not perm position
This company is good to work for, like most companies it does have it's plus and minuses, for example while working here I had a very nice work schedule Mon-Fri 8-5. No I was not scheduled this particular time and typically only worked about 20-30 hours a week and usually had mondays off unless I had to revisit a site due to circumstances beyond my – more... control. the management staff was great to work with and always friendly. – less
