Good company structure,very good safety program,and great working environment.Safety meeting,plan day,read prints,layout, get work done safely,with highest quality,and quickly.Great management team with enjoyable co-workers. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the elements. The best part is the beauty of the outdoors.

Typical day is to come in, have safety meeting, distribute work to techs, work on the next days work schedule, plan the work, meet with contractors, order any parts that are needed, and work with other managers to go over safety issues and work with production.

The hardest part of my job is to schedule crane for their PM' due to the crane service more – more...  than one area and not all areas go down for maintenance at the same time

Small company that lacks innovative ideas. Compared to one of it's main competitors Allsup Inc, it has grown slowly because of the lack of technology.
