This new position requires someone with at least three years previous sales experience. Knowledge of marketing communications and professional sales training are both preferred.
You will be calling into our extensive database to identify needs and set appointments, so you must have demonstrated success in talking to prospects on the phone and in person, plus excellent organization and follow through. A support staff will handle proposals and other paperwork, enabling you to concentrate on the activities that will bring you the highest return. You’ll understand the value of marketing, can have an intelligent conversation about old media (newsletters, brochures and websites) and new media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and SEO), have the consultative ability to present alternative pricing plans, and enjoy helping companies achieve their goals.

You'll need to be entrepreneurial, independent, and have good hunting and problem solving skills to help prospects see the value we provide. To succeed yourself, you'll need to be a high energy team player who is a self starter and is straightforward, likeable, organized and smart. At least three years of prior telephone, sales or marketing experience is required, as are strong persuasive writing skills and the proven ability to manage relationships from initial contact through close. Must have the imagination to understand how we can help companies communicate more effectively, the intelligence to be convincing, and the enthusiasm to present our talented staff to the world.
