About The Skagit

Skagit Valley Hospital offers a full range of surgical services along with diagnostic services, acute care and rehabilitation as needed by patients.

We offer six state-of-the art operating surgical suites. Each 600 square feet room provides ample room for equipment and the team of nurses, techs, physicians and anesthesiologists who help treat the

The high-tech integrated operating room technology puts everything at a surgeon's fingertips - from the results of an MRI to the control on the room lights. The new operating rooms feature the latest lighting, video screens, anesthesia machines and access to the new Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) digital diagnostic images.

Our day surgery department, staffed by well-trained, compassionate nurses, provides comprehensive care and follow up for outpatients who go home the same day.

For those who require hospitalization following surgery, our acute care staff provides around-the-clock patient-centered care along with physical therapy and other follow up programs.

A total of 70 physicians, including orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, general surgeons, gynecologists and urologists, have privileges to perform procedures at Skagit Valley Hospital where an average of 450 cases per month are performed.
