Very exciting and always changing company
Production Coordinator/Tape AD/Field Producer (Current Employee) –  santa monica, caApril 19, 2012
I learned a lot about live show production and the hectic-ness and tension that go along with that. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help each other out. The hardest part of the job is all the hats one person has to wear. Many jobs fall on one person that should be divided among at least 2 or 3. The traveling to tennis tournaments was very exciting and also interviewing and meeting players.
Pros
good work environment with a ping pong table, free snacks
Cons
the compensation and benefits are not the best

A typical day at work is stress free and rewarding. It's a stress free environment, and it's cool to see the shows you edit air on the Tennis Channel.
Pros
Creative and friendly producers.
Cons
Freelance position.
