rediculously unorganized business

As an employee of The tile shop for several months now, I can confirm with confidence that this business is run like a mad house instead of a proper business. I have seen new employees be thrown into situations they were not trained to handle, and then basically be bullied for not knowing what to do.
The manager puts in over 100 hours each week just to try to make things work considering how many processes have to happen for each and every sale, order, and pick up.
No wonder the upper management staff is so rude to their employees. I would be too if I had to personally waste my life fixing problems due to poor computer and inventory systems.
The training is a joke. Lately I've witness new employees being thrown into the sales position with minimal knowledge simply due to how short staffed we are. They are practically being bullied for trying to do as they're told but with out being taught how to do their job.
I am really trying to understand why they even put up with the abuse of this job. I hope someone finally realizes what this place is doing & puts an end to the way this company treats their employees.
