Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Sales
Supervisor: Sales Manager
Pay Rate: $8.50 -$9.00/hour + Commission (H1)

Prerequisites:

Basic Math Skills
Able to proof read & write legibly
Basic recognition of Military Insignia and Patches
Basic Spelling
Able to communicate effectively
Able to stand for long periods of time
Cheerful Personality
Retail experience preferred
Basic computer experience required
Able to learn and comprehend basic instructions

Responsbilities

Clean and maintain sales zone
Know how to price a screenprinting and embroidery invoice properly
Return orders to customers
Receive Payments
Operate Cash Register
Handle customer situations
Answer telephone in accordance with company procedure

Accountability

Greet Customers upon arrival
Have you charged the customer correctly?
Are you workorders filled out properly and legible?
Have you told the customer “Good bye” or “Have a nice day” and called them by their name?

Measurements of Performance

Properly trained
Customer compliments/complaints
Number of sales
Dollar amount of sales
Communication and follow-up with customers on workorders and quotes
Communication with sales manager, production and management personnel.
Area kept clean and organized
Initiative
