Think of yourself as an Administrative Assistant to all of our customers. Provide services including packaging/shipping, faxing, printing, passport photos, Notary, private mailbox rental and custom packaging. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services. The ideal candidate will have retail sales and/or clerical experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and will be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

-- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
-- Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and UPS Store team members
-- Take ownership of the customer's needs and offer viable solutions
-- Provide Notary Services or be willing to become a Notary Public for The UPS Store
-- Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others
-- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

2 years of clerical and/or customer service experience
Ability to work collaboratively
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
Texas Notary Public Certification not required but a definite plus!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
Experience in printing and copying a plus!
