Responsible for all human resources; on boarding and off boarding
of team members.
Training of team members – grooming for succession and creating
a talent bench.
Conflict resolution / corrective actions for all team members.
Implementing all marketing programs, both in store incentives and
Inventory control practices such as zero on hand scans and cycle
counts, along with prep and execution of annual physical inventory.
