Views on management:
In my experience, management at TWDC is highly-educated, professional, and courteous. They are deeply-invested in their teams, conduct staff meetings regularly and actively solicit feedback. TWDC management takes staff input seriously and often implements employee suggestions while resolving employee concerns promptly. As a whole, working with management at TWDC was a pleasant experience.
View on co-workers:
Co-workers were generally capable and friendly. Long-tenured employees were very knowledgeable and offered assistance readily. I still keep in touch with former co-workers and a couple have plans to visit me in Washington state.
The hardest part of the job:
Adapting to the frequency of procedural and organizational changes. At least one business process would undergo considerable change every two quarters. Large-scale organizational changes would occur, on average, once every 2 years or with the arrival/departure of managers/executives.
The most enjoyable part of the job:
Contributing (albeit in a small part) to a richly-storied and – more... highly-admired company. Additionally, use of the Main Entrance Pass which allowed free admission to multiple Disney theme-parks for myself and up to 3 guests. – less
