Customer Service Advisor, The White company - October 25, 2015
The people I currently work with at The White Company are amazing. They are so helpful, kind and motivating. A typical day at work consists of being on the phones and helping customers. I learn how to be patient, helpful and punctual. The hardest part of the job can be helping a customer when there is not anything you can do for their situation. For example, if somebody wants to know when a particular item is back in stock and we aren't sure, however we will go to great lengths to try and help. The most enjoyable part is satisfying customers and being able to not only help them but make them go away knowing they will always be a customer with us.
