A typical day is very stressful due to the changing opinions of the owners. The C-Suite is very stressed due to close proximity to the owners and it trickles down to lower level employees.

Inefficient, fear-stricken workplace with good people under poor management

Priorities change with the whims of company's owner. Some departments operate in constant fear of company's owner yelling at them for minutes on end if they make a mistake or do not have an immediate answer for her. Management pushes for results no matter what it takes -- little concern for helping employees do their best work. Management says they value efficiency, and yet employees spend much effort and stress producing often-useless reports and plans for company's owners. Turnover rate around 50% on some communications teams. Many smart and friendly people to work with, despite high stress. Company's owner heavily involved in philanthropy, positive impact in central valley communities - points of pride.

Completely underpaid for your knowledge,favoritism among managers

Overall the company has good benefits,but thats about the only pro. Management has their employees working with worn out/broken tools and rarely replaces them in order to stay under budget for thei own personal bonuses during quarters. Extremely underpaid employees settle for what they offer because they dont think they can get more. I pushed for a waived 2nd lunch under 12 hours because they convinced their employees any hours over 10 was a mandantory lunch .

A great place to work!

The Resnick's lead by example, work hard and take care of yourself. They pay well, you are expected to perform and if you are right for the position you could go very far.

Overal pay is below the average around the area.
Human resources will back up temporal employees but will not back up leads or management. You are pretty much stuck in the position that they hire you on unless you play favorites. Human resources always kept on losing my applications and they will lag to submit any apps or reach departament managers.

Its a company that deals with pistachios and almonds It use to be called paramount but now is the wonderful pistachios and almonds I use to work nights 6-6 12 hours 5days a week a lot of 8 hours to but still a great job that was the number job I liked it its steady
