Making sure all rooms are running efficiently. Problem solving when situations arose. I learned sharing knowledge with others helped the whole company run smoothly. Management was very supportive. My co-workers were nice. The hardest part of my job was when co-workers were not doing their job as per company standards. I did not have the authority to say anything and, I just had to look past it. I enjoyed making sure all aspects of the workplace were taken care of regardless if it was not in my job description. It allowed me to gain more knowledge.
