JBS documentation program is lousy! Get rid of it and you'll retain more employees. I know PRN therapists who won't come back because JBS is so complicated and takes months working full time to acclimate and full time employees hate it. Help desk is no help at all.
These managers only focus on what's wrong and not what good care we are providing to the residents and the client/facility, they are not supportive at all. I think many therapists at my facility would quit TMC but like the facility too much to leave but we can only put up with this nonsense for so long.
Miserable! No fun, talking or socializing! Constantly walking on thin ice and always watching watching your back, because management is always looking for reason to blame employees for reasons why buildings are not doing well!
It was depressing. It's almost impossible to take pride in your work when you're forced into making unethical decisions on a near daily basis.
I love my job.
