This position will be responsible for answering phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires and customer concerns. This position is also responsible for providing first-level frontline technical support for each call. This individual should project a professional company image through phone interaction. This position is in a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment and requires prioritizing a heavy workload as well as excellent organization skills, good documentation skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
