We are an innovative team of self-starters, with extensive legal industry experience in custom website design and development, branding, logo creation, content development, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization and pay-per-click marketing. Position based in the Twin Cities Metro area of Minnesota.
New Business Development – Full-time
- Unlimited income potential, including quarterly bonuses
- Commission only (with monthly draw) B2B sales structured to reward results; reasonably expect $70,000 plus bonuses in first year

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 1 year verifiable success in direct professional services sales; legal industry or website marketing preferred
- Consultative, ethical sales tactics – team player with interest in ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to excel in outside sales environment, primarily working independently
- Professional communication and presentation skills suitable for all levels of management to law firm partners
- Willing to prospect, network and develop leads
- Understanding of online marketing concepts preferred
- Legal industry contacts a plus
