ThinkLegal, LLC – full-service online marketing services company specializing in solutions for law firms is seeking a New Business Development - Outside Sales Representative for direct marketing to law firms. We are an innovative team of self-starters, with extensive legal industry experience in custom website design and development, branding, logo creation, content development, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization and pay-per-click marketing. Position based in the Twin Cities Metro area of Minnesota.

New Business Development – Full-time

  • Unlimited income potential, including quarterly bonuses
  • Commission only (with monthly draw) B2B sales structured to reward results; reasonably expect $70,000 plus bonuses in first year
  • Focus on new business development, minimal account management – enhance your earning potential
  • Up-to-date technologies and industry best practices incorporated into marketing solutions that you can take pride in promoting
  • Weekly sales meetings and activity reporting

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 1 year verifiable success in direct professional services sales; legal industry or website marketing preferred
  • Consultative, ethical sales tactics – team player with interest in ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ability to excel in outside sales environment, primarily working independently
  • Professional communication and presentation skills suitable for all levels of management to law firm partners
  • Willing to prospect, network and develop leads
  • Understanding of online marketing concepts preferred
  • Legal industry contacts a plus
