I absolutely love being able to work at my own pace, and having fun with other ladies who are encouraging and goal oriented.

Working for Thirty-One Gifts is perfect for the stay at home mom, or on the side business seeker. I have learned how to maintain and budget my business and its required attention. The hardest part of my job is to reach customers whom don't already have a consultant. I love my job because I can party and get paid!

I absolutely love this company because you make the job fit your lifestyle. I have made this job a hobby. I love being around friends and family and having the opportunity to meet new people. A typical day at work is helping everyone get their station set up for work. Planing the work load for the day. I learned how to make sure everyone is on task and to motivate co-wodrkers to achieve the business goal. management is very helpful. Co-workers are nice and love to get to know you and spend time outside of work.

One of the best places i have ever worked. Awesome management. this company will go above and beyond for their employees. They pay very well and you and a huge opportunity to advance in the company.

Typical days at work where very easy. All the work was understanding.While working there overall i've learned that handbags can mean alot to people. The management was utstanding. My co workers were friendly and helpful. The hardest part of the job was to accidently miss removing the inside layer of paper. A great company but,
The lower level management is not to be trusted.
You will be required to make the impossible happen day to day, with little to no help.
If you don't fit in with the mangements views i.e. political, morals, ect . you will have a very hard time here.
Rewards are un-herd of.
The lower level management is not very miatary friendly.. – more... If you are in the NG or the AR. they with Bi*** grip and moan that you have to leave. And once you return they will treat you like you abandoned your job.

My advise is to stay away from this company. unless you can lower your life standerds and blend in with them. – less

I have never really been a huge fan of direct selling company but after deciding to sign up on a whim due to my love of their products, I have never once regretted it. The commission plan is based off of generations rather than levels which gives you the opportunity to make a larger commission off of your team that you have developed. The incentives – more... they offer their consultants to continue to succeed are amazing and the Home Office staff is always there to help you with any issue that may arise. They are not only good to their consultants but they are also good to their customers which makes my job that much easier and rewarding. – less

Co-workers friendly and willing to help.
We come on-site to record and measure each part of kitting process and form the original process map and analyze the value added processes.
We then improve the layout of work place and SOP of the process, to achieve a much higher efficiency.

Support from home office is great.

Typical day at work requires constant contact utiilizing all forms of communiciation (e-mail, phone, Internet, social media, etc.) with current clients to promote products and produce sales, in additiont to building a team of consultants. These same skills are used to promote company to new clients.

We have worked a lot of over time. Overall the principal behind the company if wonderful but that seems to get lost during production with the management. Benefits and perks are in line with most companies.
