We operate 90 + Applebee's and Johnny Carino's restaurants in Kentucky, Ohio, Arizona, Indiana and Pennsylvania. Our Marketing Department has a current need for an Applebee's Field Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities for this position – more... include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement a localized marketing plan for designated restaurants
Monitor restaurant guest counts, sales, and competitive activity
Develop programs and promotional materials for designated restaurants based on market conditions and restaurant location
Develop and engage in community relationships
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree plus two years of restaurant/marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requires a high level of energy, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Travel is required.
