You interview with the nurse manager and tour the unit. The nurse manager asks about your goals and prior experience. She tells you about their orientation program lasting 12 weeks and if needed can be extended longer. She tells you what their pay scale is.

My interview was easy and laid back as well. Same thing as above, I didn't count on getting this job as it was too easy. I counted it out and started looking for other jobs then I got a email for reference checks .
I was so surprised. So I can honestly say, you never know what they are looking for. Just because you may think an interview went good doesn't mean you will get hired and vise versa.
Interview process was very easy and laid back. It went so easy I didn't think I had the job but got called back two weeks later after reference check.
